Risk Management Platform Ideas

I have an insured providing access to all employees to enter comp injuries through Quick Reports. We would like the ability to have them add a bit more data into this section. Specifically, the insured would like time of occurrence and a drop down, yes, no, unknown if they sought medical treatment. This data would give them a head start on the incident after it comes through and feed into the incident report where recorded currently.
