Retain page selections

 Client requests ability to retain selections across multiple pages of a grid. For example, select an employee on page 1, advance to page 2 and select another employee and have action taken on both those employees. Currently, selections are only retained on the current page.

    All of the "Modify..." issues linked to Epic US-185 state:

    All grids should not reset their page index, excepting that, when deleting and there are no records left on the selected page, it will go back to the previous page and then load the appropriate records.
