Add on the fly

Anywhere in the system where a required field is with “begin typing ….”, there should be a blue [+] to add new data.  Having to leave the current screen to find where to add the list and come back totally disrupts workflow.  An example is located in Job Description Track> [Select Job]> Duties>New.  This is a required field that in order to populate, you have to go 2 screens back, then figure out where to add the duties.  A total of 6 clicks.  Pro Tip: It’s hidden under the Sprocket> Manage lists > then a drop down –
