In my insane quest for reigning in Work Comp costs…I thought of something you can add to the platform in IT.
Please follow my thought process here…since clients or the broker admin user might not set the system up to use the distribution feature…
I was thinking you could add a dropdown menu for work restrictions under the severity section…either able to accommodate or unable to.
If they choose the unable to accommodate option…this would trigger an email to the broker admin and indicate indemnity was going to be paid & potentially prompt a call/conversation.
Another sticky factor or proactive touch point prompted by the platform.
