Maybe another 30 day suspense reminder to get an update on the claim.
I like the diary suspense reminder. Unless an HR manager is using an HRIS system or some tool that can help them manage the work comp claim from beginning to end, it would seem very easy for the employer to lose focus on managing the claim.
