If you enter the claim on 9/1, do you get a reminder in 3 days to evaluate whether they can come back to work within 7 days. Then another follow up at 5 days. This can help them remember to work with the doctor to consistently have a working RTW program.
Maybe another 30 day suspense reminder to get an update on the claim.
I like the diary suspense reminder. Unless an HR manager is using an HRIS system or some tool that can help them manage the work comp claim from beginning to end, it would seem very easy for the employer to lose focus on managing the claim.
