Separately from the claims reporting process, if clients are looking to use this as a database management tool, and are constantly adding documents/attachments throughout the claims process. There should be a way to export all those attachments via email, or at the least the function to export multiple files to a zip file, so they can then distribute to whoever they need to. Often times documents/data need to be distributed internally, as well as externally long after the claim has been reported. For example, exporting files/notes to attach in an email to an adjuster that they may need after the claim is already reported.
