Attachments uploaded to the Additional Information tab of an incident can be indicated to submit with the claim report. This works with both the email and vault submission methods, but attachments are not included with fax submissions for technical reasons. We should include a warning/disclaimer when claims are submitted via fax and attachments have been indicated to be submitted that the attachments will need to be submitted separately.
