Add a permission to client roles to allow users to submit completed claims to the carrier.
Client would like the ability to further restrict user permission in Incident Track so that only primary user (or selected users) has ability to Save & Submit claim when claims reporting is set up. Would still like secondary users to have access to full form reporting in Incident Track and distribute incidents. This enhancement has been requested by other clients as well.
