We use a lot of logic to determine which of the boxes in the Initial Treatment section of the FRoI are selected. Most of the data entry occurs in the Treatment section of the Additional Information tab, but some of it occurs in the State section of the Claim Report tab. Our logic does not account for all possible edge cases and can still lead to invalid combinations of boxes being selected.
Suggest to replace this logic with just the series of checkboxes for the specific state form and let users decide which of the boxes should be checked. This would be a major change to IT, but would be more maintainable in the long run and would be easier for users to predict what options they are selecting before submitting the form.
