Duplicate the functionality of the client account email log in the partner administration site, ideally in the Reports menu. Primary reason is to provide insight into claims reporting email status in cases where our emails are being rejected or have been entered into the blacklist. Currently, if a recipient is present in the blacklist, there is no indication to anyone that there is a problem and resubmissions of the claim will still not be sent. An email log will provide information to partners to be able to manage these situations as well as check status of welcome emails, campaign emails, etc.
