HG users can forward sample responses from Succeed. When they do so from the ATE page in HGA:

1. Note that forwarded replies are not displayed until the page is refreshed
2. Note that forwarded replies are displayed as a separate message when forwarded
3. Note that the Forward link is still active after the response has been forwarded

Suggest to:

1. Do not duplicate forwarded responses
2. Do the following when a sample response is forwarded:
   1. Deactivate the Forward link
   2. Change response text highlighting from yellow to green
   3. Change the Responder from Succeed to the logged-in user
   4. Remove the (Sample Response) disclaimer
