Add a "EULA Pending" state for clients that will be displayed in the Last Login column of the client table in HGA and the Company table in SA that will be displayed instead of "No Logins" when the primary user has logged in but has not yet accepted the EULA. Currently, those two locations display conflicting information when accounts are in that state.
