This will alleviate many issues with functionality in EPOTM and create a smoother experience for the user.
By allowing the user to choose which language at login, they only have to change it once, and all trainings are updated.
On the code side, this eliminates a failure point in the page that is continually needing to be updated and monitored.
There is no functionality loss, since users can still update the language they wish to use on login..
Also, this will prevent abuse of the system.
