Les Schwab wants to customize the Employee Portal so the only thing shown in the EP are the SDS's. They would like to remove/hide the My Tasks/News/and Announcements section. They would also like to add the Les Schwab logo somewhere at the top.

Seems like this would be generally useful. Suggest to add Administrative settings in client accounts to choose which EP pages are included and set the default page. The platform should also show/hide pages based on the client account permissions. Currently, employees of a client which only has access to SDS Track are still defaulted to the My Tasks page when logging into EP.
