There is no way to review which forms are full or short or which certificates have default requirements applied or not except when editing each individual form.
Suggest to add Full or Short to the Type column in Manage pages
Suggest to add a Requirement dropdown to Advanced Search to find all certificates that a specific requirement has been applied to
