We currently check whether an audit is assignable after all assignment fields have been filled and the user clicks the Save & Close button. This is an aggravating place to find out that you can't assign an audit. Suggest to not return nonassignable audits in the Audit Name control in the Schedule audit panel so that users cannot go through the steps of assigning an audit that cannot be assigned. In addition to this, there should be an indication at the top level of the Manage Audits page of which audits are completed and assignable and which are in an incomplete state still.
