If a multiple choice question has 1 answer, it can be assigned. There is no choice to be made by an assignee in this case.
If a multiple choice question has no answers marked as passing, it can be assigned. Such audits can only ever be failed.
Suggest to increase required responses from 1 to 2 before an audit can be assigned
Suggest to require that the audit be passable before it can be assigned
