There was nothing in the Corrective Actions specs about indicating to the user which responsible party has confirmed that the task is complete. I already added a table where these actions get logged. It would not be difficult to add indications of who confirmed an action was complete so I think we might as well do that.

In the IT and AT Corrective Actions report pages, when the grid is in Completed mode and the user clicks the edit link to view a corrective action:

• add a "Confirmed" column to the Responsible Parties grid that shows which parties have confirmed the task is complete
• also, it seems like the corrective action editor should be in read-only mode when viewing a completed corrective action
  

Revise the Corrective Action spreadsheet report by adding a column that lists all the parties that have confirmed the task is complete.
