There needs to be a better flow for changing the primary user of an account. If the primary contact info is changed in HGA or Organization Settings, it just changes the name and email associated with the same account, so the previous primary user can still access the account. If you are attempting to make one of the secondary users primary, then email errors occur since each email address can only be associated with a single user and users cannot be deleted.
This would be much easier if Primary Contact were a permission that could be set like Administrator (but was allowed for a single user in an account only)
