Client would like investigation fields to export into Workers Compensation Incidents Report to facilitate data cleansing.

Is there a way to add the expiration dates on the Manage certificates page?

We have two sites, one in Kentucky and one in California. Without "manage sites" I have to lump them all in one database...leads to confusion.

Company has multiple users and has over 100 fleet claims, doesn't know how claims got into Incident Track. Need to know user that uploaded/input the information, and when.

Can you please add more policy lines. Right now only GL, WC, Property, & Auto are available. Please add Excess, Flood, Crime, EPLI. thank you

Have the State required fields for the First Report on one page or least in a logical format so we don't have to toggle between sheets to complete.

Trenching safety as it relates to underground pipe repairs would be very helpful.

On the employee portal there is no ability to submit a trouble ticket, or even a page that shows what to do in the case of trouble. Even on the employee login page, there are no option for what to do if there is a problem logging in .

Instead of completing a bunch of small checklists, can you please add the OSHA Safety Checklist for small business?

User suggested adding important info, such as allergy information to employee profile, and have it display prominently, so it could affect how company interacts with employee.
