With no "from" information indicating that the task assigment email is coming from our business, it's easy to assume that it's spam/junk. If we could customize the header with logo or business name, that would help.

The Export Reports should have the location name that the incident took place, not just the site. And their should be a way to run a trending report with the location included as well.

We would like to upload our Safety Program document, so our employees have a central location they can find the most updated copy of it on this portal.

Right now in order to effectively use the incident tracker we need to use a separate calendaring system. It would be very helpful to be able to calendar out of the tracker.
