Group training topics by industry

Categorize topics by industry so a trucking company can pull all driver training; a construction company can pull relevant training, general industry has another group list, etc.

Add cost entry to the offline training course

Most of our offline trainings that we need to track have a cost. There is no way to add the cost. (they are all listed as free on my end)

Better functionallity

Would like to be able to enter an employee’s name in search tool & have it take us to location where employee is. This alone could save us countless hours of searching.

Ability to see notifications for past due trainings

Allows the primary user and others involves to see the trainings that are past due. Allow the ability to adjust the email notification stating it is a past due training, etc.

Importing OSHA Incidents for all sites

Currently the OSHA incidents have to be imported per site. This would be time consuming for clients that have multiple sites. Would like to be able to import incidents for all sites in bulk

Silica Written Safety Plan

A silica exposure control plan is required by OSHA (§1910.1053), so I'm surprised there isn't one in the RMC as it would get a lot of use.

Locations in Reporting in Incident Track

The Export Reports should have the location name that the incident took place, not just the site. And their should be a way to run a trending report with the location included as well.

Add a Supervisor Email Column on the Emloyee Import Spreadsheet

It really is annoying to type supervisor emails, over and over, especially when they supervise multiple departments.
