Client is requesting the ability to run reports in COI Track across all sites. For example - they want to view a report or all expired and soon to expire certs across all sites

For so many reasons!

With no "from" information indicating that the task assigment email is coming from our business, it's easy to assume that it's spam/junk. If we could customize the header with logo or business name, that would help.

It would be nice when adding a new employee, that the system would know which training to assign based on their department instead of assigning them one by one.

Most of the videos are pretty long, some are warranted, but most could be shortened even if by a couple minutes. In todays world, shorter topics are easier to understand and retain.

We move employees between locations fairly frequently. Hard to find training records with out searching all of the locations.

We would like to upload our Safety Program document, so our employees have a central location they can find the most updated copy of it on this portal.

It would be beneficial to send a sample COI with the specific limits required for each type of vendor.

Prior to downloading report, allow user to determine what details they would like in the report including the option to include attachments with the report

Under manage supervisor there should be option to classify which employees that person oversees. Adding a supervisor to an employee is only helpful in if you know what employees you're looking for.
