Auto scheduling has an option to apply to employees already in the department/position/etc. Suggest to mirror this functionality for recurring training and allow recurrence to be set for courses that have already been completed

It would be nice to be able to add the class Instructor's name in the course setup. Along with that, a way to inform the instructor when an employee is due to take the class. Maybe part of the communication settings?

Client has their own training files that they have developed in Captivate and they would like to upload those to be an online training course in TT.
