Add permissions for adding/editing Body Part and Cause in Incident Track

We need to be able to lock-down who can add new body parts and causes in incident track otherwise the trending data becomes useless.

Include "At Risk Behavior", "At Risk Condition", and "Root Cause" to the Workers Compensation Incidents Reports

Client would like investigation fields to export into Workers Compensation Incidents Report to facilitate data cleansing.

Be able to change Category in Incident Track without having to re-enter the incident!

this would save the end user time and ensure the reporting is up to date accurate easier than reentering an incident and remembering to delete the one you do not need

There needs to be a way to track and trend all incidents that occurred in a given month so you do not have to make a bar graph for each individual incident type.

During monthly safety meetings it would be nice to show a single graph that showed the number of incidents we had, the type of incidents we had in a selected time frame company wide or per department.

All incident types should have a field to select an employee involved in the incident in incident track reporting who section. Some incident type reports only ask you to select a location and not an employee.
