Currently you have to download it and then transfer all the info to the specific columns of the downloadable blank spreadsheet and upload that spreadsheet. It would save time if they were compatible.

One of our clients has many vendors who's certificates are from the same producer. However, the contact name, phone and other information are different. Would be great if there were a way to select the contact or add a different contact.
