It was brought up as to why we can't view the audit history for all sites just like we can in incident track

We never implemented any notifications or alerts (home page) for assigned audits. Suggest to do so.

Dave Sheppard with Farmer-Leavitt Insurance Agency is requesting to be able to upload a pdf for a question image when creating the audit.

Need to implement logging of attachments when editing responses.

Items are included in the Edit view of a completed audit that are not useful and occupy vertical space at the top of the panel. Suggest to remove these items from the Edit view (not the PDF report) Company Logo Employee Signature Evaluator Signature
